Hi. I am DrJ, the
webmaster (Well, I do the website.) First, let me thank the Cleland’s
for allowing me to have this place to share some thoughts about
our gun rights, but I want to make it clear that these opinions
are mine and not necessarily those of Cleland’s. If you wish to reply to this page,
you can send of a note to me by using the e-mail address at the bottom of all
the page. Remember,
these are my opinions that are expressed on this page. Thank
you.

Here is some information
provided by Buckeye Firearms:
"To prepare for coming battles to protect our Second
Amendment rights, the NRA is offering what it's calling
"Bonus" memberships to rapidly swell their ranks of
pro-gun Americans. These memberships are for 1 year,
come with all the usual benefits of membership,
including a magazine, insurance savings, and discounts
at many popular businesses.
We don't know how long this special offer will last.
They certainly can't do this forever. So we recommend
that you act immediately to avoid missing out.
You can sign up yourself, your wife, kids, friends,
neighbors, nieces, nephews, and anyone you think should
be a member. But please, do it NOW! "

A few years
back, handgun owners in England
were talked into turning over their handguns to create a safer
country.
The long English
tradition of fox hunting was thought to be inviolate.
Well, they have
learned differently.
They have also
learned that they are not safer than before.
Gun violence is
way up.
The crooks bring
them in illegally from eastern Europe.
Imagine that.
Prohibition still
has not worked.
I encourage you
to check out a video that is on the NRA website.
Go to:
http://www.nranews.com/nranews.aspx In the “News you can use
section, look for “browse archives” and click the button.
Then pick the
“videos” button and click.
From the drop down
menu pick “newsmagazine” and click.
Then select the
video: “England Gun Ban Update” and watch.
If
you want to understand what is coming, you need to watch this
video.
THE DOD BAN ON
THE SALE OF THEIR BRASS HAS BEEN RESCINDED. Thank you to
everyone who took the time to email your representatives and
senators concerning the the DOD
(Department of Defense) order through DOD Surplus, LLC to remove all
of the military's expended brass casings from the reloading
market by requiring all of their brass to be “mutilated” or
rather shredded.
According to Tom Gresham of Gun Talk, "Emails,
faxes, and calls went to the offices of every Senator and
Representative on The Hill. Senators Tester and Baucus of
Montana (both Democrats) contacted the Department of Defense on
Tuesday, and within an hour, they had a reply that this new,
ill-considered, policy had been rescinded. Only 48 hours after I
broke the news to the nation's gun owners, you responded, and
then THEY responded."
